Mullins - A.M. Grainger of the Floyds Township of Horry County died in the Medical College Hospital in Charleston Saturday morning following an illness of two weeks.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3 p.m. from the Meares Funeral Chapel by the Rev. E.C. Hough. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Mr. Grainger was born in Horry County, son of the late Samuel Gerald and Susan Small Grainger. He attended Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Agatha Floyd Grainger and one brother, Marvin E. Grainger of Mullins.
The family has requested that flowers be omitted and any memorials be made to the Horry County Heart Fund.
