Rev. Burton Campbell
Rev. Burton M. Campbell, 63, of Fairview Heights, died Wednesday, July 7, 1982 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville.
He was a printer for the Collinsville Herald. He was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, Belleville, an elder and adult Sunday school Teacher of the Church, ordained minister of Illinois District Assempbly of God, Mascoutah Typographic Union and Navy Veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, the former Juanita L. Hagan; a son, Ronald L. Campbell of Fairview Heights; a daughter, Mrs. Sandra McDonald of Belleville; two sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Green of Ava, IL and Mrs. Clarence (Ruth) Coddington of O'Fallon, IL; three grandchildren, Kimberly, Brian and Stephen McDonald; also nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 10 in the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, 5151 North Illinois, Belleville. Rev. Harley Fiddler and Rev. Melvin Dalan will officiate. Burial will be in Valhalla Gardens of Memory.
Visitation will be held after 2 p.m. Friday, July 9 in the Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church.
