Isaac Phinehas Fadely was the son of Jonathan Fadely and Catherine Six(Seix) of Shenandoah County, Virginia.

He is buried in Oakwood Cemetery in Richmond Va which is on the grounds where the Chimborazo Hospital was located. He only lived 4 days from the time he was admitted. I have contacted the memorials manager giving the above information and requesting that he be linked to his parents.

Sadly, his wife died within 10 days of the birth of their fourth child and she was buried in the Helsley Family Cemetery near Columbia Furnace, Va.

Isaac Phinehas Fadely had served in the Civil War and reached the rank of Corporal with Co. K, 33rd Infantry. He was wounded 21 Jul 1861 at Manassas, VA and had his right leg amputated. He died 6 Feb 1907 at the Richmond Soldier's Home and is buried in the Hollywood Cemetery at Richmond, VA
