She was born in Wetzel County, September 11, 1905 a daughter of John M. Hawkins and Martha Jane Cook Hawkins.
Surviving are her husband Clarence Myers; three sisters, Mrs. Etta Howell of Canton, Ohio, Mrs. Clara Whiteman of Porter Falls, and Mrs Edna Loy of New Martinsville; two brothers, Forrest Hawkins of New Martinsville and Elzy Hawkins of Gobles, Michigan.
