JANESVILLE - Gladys E. Loveland, age 71, of 208 N. Main St., died Sun., April 12, 1992, at the Janesville Health Care Center. She was born June 29, 1920, in Lunenburg, MA, the daughter of Clarence Flint and Ethel Maude (Arling) Perry. She graduated from Janesville High School in 1938 and married Virgal Loveland on July 5, 1941 in Janesville; he died on Aug. 10, 1987. A city resident most all of her life, she was employed by the Parker Pen Company in the 1940's and later at Dell's Fine Cleaning for 9 years. Mrs. Loveland was a member of First Baptist Church and the V, F, W, Kienow-Hilt Auxiliary #1621. She is survived by a son, Steven Alan Loveland of Janesville; 4 grandsons: Scott, Bryan, Mark and Dan Loveland, all of Janesville; 2 brothers, Kenneth Perry of Rockford, IL, and Gifford Perry of Janesville; 2 sisters, Phyllis Abb and Ruth Helgestad, both of Janesville. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 2 sons, Dennis and Dale; 2 brothers, Clarence and Donald Perry; and a sister, Ethel Blakeney.
