Died at age 76 at his home following a long illness. He married Kathryn C. Businger on May 28, 1925. She survives.
He was also survived by two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Josephine) Willeke and Mrs. John (Shirley) Dunbar, both of Ada; seven sons, Waldo, Gerald, Daniel and David, all of Ada; Col. Wallace of Great Falls, Mont.; Jerry of Bluffton and Charles D. of Lafayette; 27 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Roy of Bluffton and G. Lee of Ada.
He was a member of County Line Church of the Brethren.
Hanson Funeral Home was in charge.
