Frank Stahlman died of cancer at his home near Highland Park, in McCalmont Township, Wednesday, March 22, (1905), aged 42 years, and was buried in the Chapel Church Cemetery on Friday, Rev. J.M. Van Horn, of Oliveburg, officiating at the funeral. L.H. Reed, undertaker, of Desire, had charge of the remains.
Mr. Stahlman's affliction was of such a nature that he had been unable to take nourishment for three weeks previous to his death. The deceased is survived by a widow and one sister, Mrs. Joseph Burkett, of near Cool Spring.
