Preston H. Wiant, 87,of 5180 Wilson Dr. died Thursday at his residence.
A native of New Bethlehem, PA., he had been a Brownsville resident since 1929, and was preceded in death by his wife, Hatti Smith Wiant in 1972.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. H. C. Stepherson of Brownsville and Mrs. Norman Willms of Los Fresnos, a brother, Dale Wiant of Brush, Colo., 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 4 p.m. at Buena Vista Burial Park with Rev. Carl Westbrook officiating.
Darling-Mouser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
