He is survived by his sons, Marshall, Fargo, and MacArthur, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his parents, Melvin and Hurdis, Glenburn; his sister, Cindy Savelkoul, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and two brothers, Tim, Horace, and Dave, Onalaska, Wis.
