Beloved father of Chris, Chad and Joel, brother of Eileen Marquardt and Victor Canestrino; Grandfather of 5; preceeded in death by parents Alfredo Sr. and Victoria Piazza; on Tuesday July 12th at approximately 3pm "freddy" put to rest his battle with Terminal Cancer. Known to his family as "Freddy", he was a loving, caring, funny and enjoyable person, you were always guaranteed a good laugh whenever he was around. He had one of the most enjoyable belly laughs that will be remembered always. Freddy will be greatly missed; said best by Ron tranmer: "THE BROKEN CHAIN" "We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again". Services will be held at St Christopher church In San Jose, Ca Saturday July 30 2011 at 12:30p and afterwards guests will be invited to the senior community center.
