Orion Foust, 70, of RR 6, died at 6:30 a.m. yesterday at St. Elizabeth hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Foust had been a plumber for tha last 43 years and was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose. Ha Is survived by his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Mrs. Edith James of Miamisburg; two sons, Chester of RR 2, Germantown, and Emerson of RR 6, Dayton; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Filburn of Ft Loramie and Mrs. Olive Schmidt of RR 6, Dayton; three brothers, Jessie of Miamisburg, Orvllle of RR 6, Dayton, and Lester of Portland. Ore.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Fri day at the Frank Reisinger and Shank funeral home, 1334 West Thrird street and at 2 p.m. in the Lower Miamisburg Church of the Brethren. Burial in Lower Miamisburg cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. tomorrow,
