She was born in Parkersburg on Jan. 29, 1932, to the late Roy and Virginia Lemon Tennant.
Mary retired from Fenton Glass after 33 years. She enjoyed working with crafts and attended the North End Church of Christ.
She is survived by one son, Charles M. Starcher (Pamela) of Little Hocking, Ohio; two daughters, Belinda Enoch of Parkersburg and Shelly Batten (William) of Walker, W.Va.; and four grandchildren, Mark Lee, Brian Lee, Jesse Starcher, and Zachary Enoch.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Starcher, and six sisters.
