Mrs. Neff is survived by her husband, Jim Neff of Jacksonville, Fla.; one son, Brett Neff and his wife, Nancy of Jacksonville, Fla.; one daughter, Karla Long and her husband, Stan of Snellville, Ga.; four grandchildren; parents, Gerald and Bernetta Utz of Olney; one brother, Ron Utz and his wife, Rita of Olney; grandmother, Elsie Brian of Olney and several aunts and uncles.
