I. Hasson Lewis

I. Hasson Lewis, 68, a resident of West Grove RD 2 (Pennsylvania) until two months ago when he moved to Phoenix, Ariz., died yesterday in Arizona after being in ill health for some time.

Born in North Carolina, Mr. Lewis was the son of the late Stokes G. Lewis and Susie Masters Lewis. He had worked as a farmer in the West Grove area where he lived for the past 50 years.

In addition to his wife, Sarah B. Lewis, he is survived by two sons, Alfred Lewis of Cochranville, and Kent Lewis of Phoenix, Ariz., and a daughter, Shirley, wife of John B. Kerr Jr. of West Grove RD, and nine grandchildren.

Also surviving are three brothers, Carl and Javine Lewis, both of Cochranville, and Chester Lewis of Lincoln University RD, and two sisters, Mrs. Ethel L. Franklin of Oxford, and Mrs. Charles A. Edwards of Coatesville.

Funeral on August 2, 1972.
