Church, Kenilworth, 10 a.m. Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 Monday.∼A Mass for Mrs. Katherine of Kenilworth, who died April 5, her 102nd birthday, in Genesis ElderCare, Westfield, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Theresas Church, Kenilworth, after the funereal from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park. Mrs. Matalene worked for Boulevard Variety, Kenilworth, before retiring. In the 1940s and 50s, she and her late husband Charles L., owned Miller Pharmacy in Hillside. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and the Rosary Society, both of St. Theresas Church. Born in Elizabeth, she lived in Kenilworth since 1958. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Dirlam; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
