Uncle Bill was the third child of Roy J. Minnick, Sr and May Turner-Minnick. I always thought he and my mother shared many of the same family traits in terms of their features and personality. Uncle Bill served in WW II in Europe. Both he and his brother George never spoke of their time in the service. I can only imagine they did and saw things that they felt were better forgotten. Uncle Bill was a terrific guy and I have very fond memories of him. George and Bill married twin sisters Dot and Bert.
