Dorothy Evelyn Brown was born in 1915 in Waco, Texas to Porter J. Brown I and Dewitt Jeanette (Bryan) Brown. She married William Ray Wyatt on 19 February 1933 in Waco, Texas. They had five daughters -- June, Jean, Jane, Jessie, and Joan. She served alongside her pastor-husband in their churches in Texas, California, Wisconsin, and Missouri for many decades. After he died in 1985, she settled in Belton, Texas, later moving to San Antonio, Texas to live with her oldest daughter, and she died there in 2005.
