Mary Jane was the daughter of James Wilson and his wife Eliza Jane Spear Wilson. Mary Jane married first John Alexander McNair and they had three known children. John passed in 1882 and is likely buried in St James but his burial is not confirmed. Mary Jane married next Harry Shaw on the 4th of August 1887. Her obituary in the Toronto Star names her survivors as daughter Edith, Mrs J J McLaughlin and sons Robert and Jack McNair, with burial at St James.
