Mrs. Addie O. Babb, a resident of Indianapolis almost 20 years, died yesterday in the home of her son, Earl Babb, in Muncie, after an illness of several months.
A native of Muncie, Mrs. Babb was the daughter of Willard and Anna Smith, pioneer residents of that city. She came to Indianapolis in 1918 with her husband, Frank B. Babb, and lived here until the time of his death in 1937.
Survivors, besides the son, are four daughters, Mrs. Bernice Ely, Mrs. Maybelle Becker, Mrs. Doris Nelson and Miss Jean Babb, and one grandson, all of Indianapolis.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow in the Meeks Mortuary at Muncie. Burial will be in the Elm Ridge Cemetery.
