Alonza Whitaker officiating according to Sconiers Funeral Home 836 5th Ave. Columbus, Ga. Visitation will be 12-7 PM today at the funeral home. The Cortege will depart from the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Mrs. McBride was born August 13, 1922 in Russell County, Al. the daughter of the late Gus Walker and Mattie Lee Walker. She was a graduate of William Spencer High
School and Allied Health Careers,of New York. Mrs. McBride retired from Blooming Dell Department Store, New York. A member of Rose Hill Memorial Baptist Church. Her survivors include one cousin and his siblings, her church family, Rose Hill Memorial Church, and caring and loving friends.
