Greenfield William Hines, 56-year old salesman at Rothchild's B. and M. Clothing Store, and former hotel operator at Booneville, Arkansas, died of a heart ailment Saturday at St. Anthony Hospital. He lived at 3237 Northwest 14th street. Hines was born February 14, 1885, at Friars Point, Mississippi, and spent his boyhood in Conway, Arkansas. He was graduated from high school at Conway and attended Milsaps College, Jackson, Mississippi. He was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

He was a member of St. Lukes's Methodist Church and also of the Elks Lodge at Fort Smith, Arkansas. Hines came to Oklahoma City from Dallas in 1917 and had been associated with the clothing store since. In Dallas, he worked as a traveling salesman.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; a daughter, Mrs. Juanita Prosser, Indianapolis, Indiana; a song, Bill, home address; and his mother, Mrs. Alice Hines, home. Services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at the Garrison Funeral Home, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
