Janice Lousise Biebel Fagan daughter of Helen Victoria Hatch & Frederick K. Biebel Sr. grew up the little sister of Frederick Kiefer Biebel Jr. She was a dedicated Girls Scout leader, and sewer, she spent all her time creating knitting projects or sewing for famous people out of her Lordship store. Janice was the proud mother of 4 children. She was taken from us too soon and is deeply missed by all. We love you still Aunt Tilly and a day does not go by that I do not think of you or do something that I learned from you. Till we meet again!
