Obit--Pine Bluff--Wayne A. Hibray, 47, of White Hall died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2000, in a Pine Bluff hospital.
Born May 30, 1952, in Bozeman, Mont., he was the son of Roy O. and Frances Locke Hibray of Greenfield, Ind. He graduated from high school in Greenfield. He received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the College of the Ozarks in Clarksville.
He worked for the State of Arkansas for 24 years, the first 18 in the Department of Correction, the the past 6 as compact parole administrator for the Department of Community Punishment. He attended St Joseph Catholic Curch.
Survivors include his wife JoAnna Zarembe Hibray, formerly of Batesville; his parents and two sisters, Lisa Erickson of Redwood City, Calif and Julie Chandler of Greenfield.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral home with the Rev Andrew Smith officiating. Burial and graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Palestine Cemetery on Hutchinson Muntain, south of Batesville.
There will be a prayer and vigil at 6 p.m. tonight, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son and the family will receive friends following the service.
