Daughter of Raymond and Frieda Nau Lenz. She married Victor O. Dankert on February 20, 1949 at Boonville. She graduated from Boonville High School in 1947. She and her husband operated Dankert's Jewelry and Gift Shop in Brunswick until they retired in 1988. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church where she had been an organist for over 20 years. She was also a member of American Legion Auxillary Rucker-McAllister Post #7. Services were under the direction of Pastor Glen Drewiitz.
