draft at Marengo for service in WW I.

Ernest Elmon Gowen, age 69, died in Finch Memorial Hospital on Saturday.
He resided at Colfax since 1925, then moved
to Pullman three years ago.
He was a blacksmith by trade and worked at Colfax for many years for Schuster Brothers.
Interment at Walla Walla.
