Born June 27, 1887, in Sycamore township, she was the daughter of Kendall and Minnie Hunt and lived in Plato Center since 1905.
She was a member of the Plato Center United Methodist Church of the WSCS of the church.
Surviving is a son, Lyle Haines of Plato Center, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur, in 1966 and a sister, Ada Wyman.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Bergen-Miller Colonial Funeral Home, Elgin, and Wednesday until 11:30 a.m., thereafter in the church.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Plato Center United Methodist Church, the Rev. Peter Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in the Plato Center Cemetery.
