ABELES. Margaret Lydia Abeles, 86, formerly of Hollister Way West, Glastonbury, widow of Fred Abeles, died Saturday (March 22, 1997) in a local convalescent home. Born in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Frederick and Elizabeth Brehm, she lived in Glastonbury for many years. She was a retired supervisor of the Aetna Life Insurance Co. She is survived by a son, Harold Abeles of New York City; a daughter, Majorie Viele of Glastonbury; a brother, Frederick C. Brehm of New Hampshire; three grandchildren, Laura Capobianco of Wethersfield, Bret Viele of Glastonbury and Noha C. Abeles of Stamford; three great-grandchildren, Christina, Thomas, Christopher Capobianco, all of Wethersfield. Funeral service will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. in the Glastonbury Funeral Home, 450 New London Tpke., Glastonbury. Burial will be in Neipsic Cemetery, Glastonbury. Friends may call at the funeral home today, 7-9 p.m.
