Two Killed in Barron County Car Accident
(AP)A car went out of control on U.S. 8 west of Barron during heavy rain and collided with another auto, resulting in the deaths of both drivers, authorities said.
The State Patrol said the accident took place Tuesday evening near 11 1/2 Street.
The victims were identified as Jorge L. Zamora, 19, of Barron and Deborah E. Almsted, 52, of Turtle Lake.
