Helen Lorraine Wolfmeier Schoening, 82, of Fulton died Friday, March 22, 2002, at Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with the Revs. Ray Dunlap and Raymond McCallister officiating. Interment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Fulton. Visitatin will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, March 25, at the funeral home. Mrs. Schoening was born Jan. 5, 1920, in Fulton to Charles and Merle Elizabeth Taylor Wolfmeier. On Feb. 16, 1941, she married Clarence Schoening, and he preceded her in death. She worked for 24 years in the dietary office of Fulton State Hospital. She was member of First Christian Church in Fulton and of the women's Sunday school class. Survivors include two sons, Fred Schoening of Moberly and Randy Schoening of Little Rock, Ark.; two brothers, C.T. Wolfmeier and Gene Wolfmeier, both of Fulton; and five grandchildren, including Rebecca Schoening of Columbia. Memorial are suggested to First Christina Church, 6 E. Seventh St. Fulton, Mo. 65251.
