Frederick Ulrich Beyer was born in McCracken Co., Ky. in 1867. He was the son of Frederick Ulrich Beyer, born in 1840 Bernheck, Germany, and Susanna Schmidt, born in Kaiserslauter, Germany in 1845.

Frederick Ulrich Beyer, 72 died at his residence on the Cairo road at 5:45 o'clock this morning.
Mr. Beyer was a farmer, a native of McCracken county, and a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
He is survived by a son, Roosevelt Beyer; five daughters, Miss Susannah Beyer, Mrs. Bryan Stewart, Mrs. Ervin Goodman, Mrs. L.D. Vannerson, and Mrs. Byrd Rikel, all of Paducah; two brothers, Henry and William Beyer of McCracken county, one great grandchild, and a number of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:45 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the residence with Rev. Ivan Ross officiating.
Burial will be in West Kentucky mausoleum.
Pallbearers will be: Edward Rikel, Thomas Thompson, Will Milliken, H.L. McNeil, Paul Nelson and Lloyd Broughton. Friends may call at the residence.
