Deacon J.B. Camp, 77, died Wednesday, April 11, 2001, at his home.
A native of Rutherfordton, N.C., he was the husband of Helen Morris Camp and son of the late Moses Camp and the late Laura Green Camp.
He was a member of Mikes Creek Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and member of the All Male Chorus.
He was a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Army. He was retired from Duke Power and Summit Security.
Services will be held at Mikes Creek Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
