The Washington Post, 7 Jun 1915: ". . . announcement of the engagement of Miss Julia Williamson Hall, second daughter of Mrs. W. Carvel Hall, to Ensign Roswell Hadfield Blair, U.S.N. Ensign Blair, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Blair, of Milwaukee, is a graduate of the Naval Academy of the class of 1915. The wedding is expected to take place next spring.”
