Walter R. Reese
Walter R. Reese, fifty, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Gertrude Vitale, 513 Rockland St., about noon yesterday after an extended illness.
Born in Stearns Station, Luzerne County, he was the son of the late Abernagel and Mabel Hoffman Reese. He came to Lancaster some two years ago and was employed by the Lehigh Foundry prior to his illness last November.
Surviving are his wife, Mamie Modowski Reese, Lancaster; a son, Walter R. Jr.; a daughter, Anna Mae, Los Angeles, Calif., and five sisters; Phyllis, wife of Clarence Walher, Tiny View, W. Va.; Mildred, wife of Edward Price, Reading; Dora, wife of Harry Gordon, Los Angeles, Calif.; Hazel, wife of Paul Huber, Nanticoke, Pa., and Mrs. Vitale.

Walter Reese
Walter Reese, 50, died yesterday afternoon at 12:30 at the home of his son, Walter Reese, Jr., 513 Rockland Street, Lancaster.
Born in Stearns Station, Mr. Reese was a member of Zion Reformed Church. He was a lifelong resident of Newport Township.
Surviving are these children, Mary and Walter, Jr., Reading; Anna Mae, Nanticoke; sister, Mrs. Hazel Huber, Nanticoke.
