Services Held today for James H. Moore
James Henry Moore, 47, of 1105 Keller Lane, Tuscumbia, died at his home Sunday morning at 2:45 after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Moore was a former employee of Reynolds Metals Company. He was a member of the Church of God, Tuscumbia.
Mr. Moore is survived by his wife at home Mrs. Lula Mae Moore, six daughters: Mrs. Mike Cozma, Miss Opal Moore, Janie, Frances, and Shirley Wannell, all of the home, and Mrs. Roy Barnes, Lendon Tennessee. Five sons, Howard lee, Billy, Bobby, and Jimmy Dale Moore all of the home and his mother Mrs. Ada Moore, Sheffield: five brothers; Linden and Sam of Tuscumbia; Leander and Buster of Sheffield; three sisters; Mrs. Leona Grimes, Town Creek, Mrs. Dorothy Willis and Mrs. WN Brackin of Sheffield and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were today at 2 p.m. at the Church of God, Tuscumbia. Charles Berry Hill, minister of that church, officiated. Burial followed in Shaw Cemetery near Leighton.
The arrangement was by Chisholm of Florence.
