ELKINS, Sarah Margie Age, 84, of Harold, died Tuesday, January 2, 2001, at her residence, following a sudden illness. Born on March 2, 1916, in Pike County, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie King and Clara Pruitt King. She was a member of the Cynthiana United Baptist Church at Boldman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Elkins. Survivors include two sons, Billy J. Elkins of Harold, Ralph E. Elkins of Winchester; three brothers, Willie King of Cannonsburg, Albert P. King of Betsy Layne, John Paul King of Louisa; three sisters, Olgie Layne of Boldman, Dolly Senters of Loraine, Ohio, Roxie Justice of Harold; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 5, at 11 a.m., at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, with ministers of the United Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Neeley Family Cemetery, on Abbott, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home. (FCT'S)
