DONALD M. HALSEY, 72, died Wednesday at home. Born in Rome City, he was a carpenter with the construction industry. Surviving are his wife, Geraldine; two daughters, Sheila Binns and Donna Smith, both of Fort Wayne; three sons, Larry, Tony and Tim, all of Fort Wayne; five brothers, Sterling of Goshen, Ezra and Everett, both of Elkhart, Jim of Pennsylvania and Roger of Fort Wayne; a sister, Nancy of California; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services at 1 p.m. Friday at First Pentecostal Church, 935 Farwood Drive. Calling from 4 to 8 p.m. today at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., and one hour before services.
