Obituary - Mrs. Lottie Havens Raynor, wife of George C. Raynor, aged 72, died suddenly on Friday of last week at the Wardorth Nursing and Convalescent Home at Lake Ronkonkoma.
She was born on Shelter Island, but had made her home at Lake Ronkonkoma for more than 50 years. She was a member of the Ladies' Auxiliary of William Merritt Hallock Post, American Legion, and the Women's Society for Christian Service in the Lake Ronkonkoma Methodist Church.
Mrs. Raynor is survived by her husband; two sons, George Renwick and Newton A. Raynor, of Lake Ronkonkoma; a sister, Miss Annie E. Offer, also of Lake Ronkonkoma; and two brothers, Warren L. Offer of Providence, R.I., and Reginald Offer of Pawtucket, R.I.
Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon in the Lake Ronkonkoma Methodist Church, with the Rev. Howard J. Clinebell officiating. Interment was in the family plot in Lake Ronkonkoma Cemetery.
