Joseph Edward Moore, 66, retired cattleman of Dubach, died at 6:30 this morning at Lincoln General Hospital after a lengthy illness.

The deceased was a native of Syrma [sic?], Ga., and was a member of the Dubach Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Dubach Baptist Church with Rev. Dayton Doughtey officiating.

Burial will take place in Unionville Cemetery in Dubach under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mr. Moore was a graduate of the University of Georgia and spent most of his years at Boulder, Colo. as a cattleman.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nora Colvin Moore of Dubach; a sister, Mrs. Ed Bennion of Tucson, Ariz., a nephew and three nieces.
