Beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Loving sister and aunt. Vicki will be greatly missed by her husband, Art, children and grandchildren, her sister and her family, and her large extended family.

Vicki was the daughter of the Rev. Victor Segarson and Dorothy May (Knipple) Koontz. She married Arthur Ray Watts on April 2, 1961, at Union Avenue Christian Church. They recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

She graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a master's degree in special education, and later taught at the Carlinville and Kincaid school districts, retiring in 2009.

Vicki was a member of the Union Avenue Christian Church, where she served as an elder. She taught piano and organ lessons, and also played for Sunday services at First Presbyterian Church, Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, and Union Avenue Christian Church, all of Litchfield. She was a member and past president of the Litchfield Women's Club and Zonta Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one granddaughter, Emily Marie Doht.
