John Ray Clark, 82, Laurel Lake N, London, died at the Central Baptist Hospital,Lexington, Wednesday Feb 24, 1993.
The son of the late Matt and Ada Young Clark, he was born June 22,1910 in Laurel County. A brick layer, he was a member of the Bethal Baptist Church.
Mr Clark is survived by his wife, Phebia Anders Clark; three daughters, Helen Humfleet, and Carolyn Clark both of London, and Reba Doan, Mansfield MO; two sons, Randall Clark, London and Arthur Clark of Corbin. a brother Jim Matt Clark, Valperaiso Florida; two sisters, Mary Majchqzycki, Boni Fay Florida and Ida Boscia, London; 21 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr Clark will be held at 11am Saturday Feb 27, at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel with Brother
Claude Surber officiating. Burial will follow in the Storms Cemetery, London.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home after 7pm today, Friday.
