ARCHIE LAMB
MANILA, Utah—Funeral services for Archie Marcell Lamb were conducted Saturday, Jan. 9, at the Manila Ward Chapel.
Burial was in the Manila Cemetery.
Lamb, 84, of Manila, died at his home Jan. 5, 1988.
He was born Dec. 8, 1903 in Mountain View, the son of James Roger and Lydia Mae Clawson Lamb. He married Berneice Schofield Dec. 5, 1922 in Green River.
He was a rancher, sheared sheep, worked on the railroad and was a government trapper.
He was a member of the LDS Church.
He is survived by his wife of Manila; three children, Mrs. Bruce (Cherril) Woodard, Duane Lamb, daughter-in-law, WaNeta Lamb and Mrs. Gene (Ferl) Briggs, all of Manila; 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
