Charles (Dick) Crutchfield, 73, Monroe, who retired in 1975 after 30 years with Union Camp Corp., died at Mercy-Memorial Hospital. Born March 23, 1910, in Speedwell, Tenn., he was the son of Martha Crutchfield. He was married May 18, 1941, to Ella Mae Braden in Cumberland Gap, Tenn. They came to Monroe in 1945. Surviving are his wife; 3 sons;
3 daughters; and 16 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister and a grandson. Services were held at Earle Little Funeral Home. Rev. W. Perkins officiated.
Charles was laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery, LaSalle, Monroe County, Mi.
