TONASKET – Opal O. Willms, 75, of Tonasket, died Sunday, July 4, 1993, at her home at Tonasket.
She was born Jan. 19, 1918, to Charles and Marie (Curtis) Goldberg, at Brewster, and was a lifelong resident of the area. Her pioneer family helped settle Washington before it became a state.
She is survived by her husband, Fritz N. Willms of Tonasket; a son-in-law, William Scriver of Lost Creek; two daughters, Vicki Vance of Carson and Karen Scriver of Tonasket; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter.
