David C. McKivison, 46, a former resident of Beech Creek, died Monday, August 8, 2011 in Florida.

He was born August 28, 1964 in Lock Haven a son of Clair and T. Marie (Weaver) McKivison.

David retired after 20 years as a Master Sergeant in the Air Force.

He served in the Gulf War and Desert Storm.

He enjoyed cars and fishing.

Surviving are his mother T. Marie McKivison of Lock Haven and a son Patrick McKivison of Pensacola, Fla. and a sister Dorothy Muthler of Salona. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

His father preceded him in death.

The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with Pastor Jane Johnson officiating.

Friends and relatives will be received one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions can be made to the United Service Organizations, P.O. Box 96322, Washington, DC 20090-6322 or the Beech Creek Fire Company, 38 Locust Street, Beech Creek, Pa. 16822.

Interment will be at Hayes-Fearon Cemetery, Beech Creek.
