22 OCT 2023 SAC to change burial location to Princeton, IL, with report: "According to the local directory, there is no location for Milton's grave. Additionally, the "inscription" obituary says he was to be buried in Oakland Cemetery at Princeton Illinois.
Therefore, I believe this is also a cenotaph for Milton.
The directory does have Burton's grave location, and this stone marks his burial site." Son of E.B. & Julia C

Great Falls (Montana) Tribune, 27 Oct 1935:
Whitefish, Oct. 26 – M. M. [sic] Baldwin, 72, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. T. W. Hiatt, after a long illness. Mr. and Mrs. Hiatt will accompany the body to Princeton, Ill., where he will be buried beside his wife. Mr. Baldwin has been with his son-in-law and daughter for a number of years.

The Parsons (Kansas) Sun, 25 Oct 1935:
Milton N. Baldwin, 71, a former resident of Oswego and Labette county, died Wednesday afternoon at the home of a daughter at Whitefish, Mont., after an illness of enarly five years. Mr. Baldwin was a brother of Justice B. L. Baldwin and Mrs. O. W. Ball of this city. He was one of the early school teachers of this county and will be remembered by many of the old residents. He left this county about 40 years ago. According to the word received the body will be taken to Princeton, Ill., where burial will be made beside the body of his wife.

Bureau County Tribune, Princeton, Illinois, 25 Oct 1935:
Relatives in Princeton have just been informed of the death Wednesday afternoon of Milton M. [sic] Baldwin, formerly of Princeton, who has been residing for the last 4 or 5 years with his daughter, Mrs. Theodore Hiatt, at Whitefish, Mont. The body will be brought to Princeton Sunday for burial in Oakland Cemetery. ~ Son of Col. Elias Briggs Baldwin, M.D. & Lydia A.
