POSEY-MRS. MARY EMMA SPRINGFIELD (AUNT MARY) - 87, died Wednesday night at the residence in Hixson, Tenn., Rt. 2. She is survived by three sons, Earl, Owen and Guy Posey, Birmingham, Alabama; two daughters, Mrs. Lela Banks, Hixson, Tenn., Mrs. Kenner Stearns, Grand Rapids, Michigan; one sister, Mrs. Etta Hilliard, Daisy, Tennessee;, also 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon from the Mile Strait Baptist Church with Revs. Theodore Bashford and H. B. Tiller officiating. Interment will be in Jackson Chapel Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Charley Smith, Halbert Case Springfield, Frank Springfield, Johnny Floyd, Alfred Crabtree, Johnny Posey. Honorary pallbearers will be Keys Sunday School Class of the Mile Strait Baptist Church. The body is at the residence, Histon, Tennessee, Rt. 2. Arrangements are by the National Funeral Home.
