MOWEAQUA - Pauline L. Jordan, 89, of Moweaqua died 4:35 a.m. Thursday (May 25, 2000) in Moweaqua Nursing & Retirement Center.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, near Assumption. Memorials: Moweaqua Ambulance Service.
Mrs. Jordan was born Sept. 7, 1910, in McLeansboro, the daughter of James and Mabel Pratt Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of Locust Grove Church, near Assumption. She married Gerald G. Jordan March 9, 1935, in Fairfield. He preceded her in death Jan. 28, 1994.
Surviving are her daughter, Barbara and husband Herman Zindel; grandsons, Dennis and wife Kelly; Brian and wife Michelle; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Adam, Kaitlyn, Megan and Brett, all of Moweaqua.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother and three sisters.
