Survivors include three sons, the Rev. Bill C. Doane and John W. Doane, both of Solsberry, and the Rev. Bob L. Doane of Oakland City, two daughters, Maria Holeman of Solsberry and Carol A. Mishler of Port Richey, Fla.; two sisters, Thelma Beeman of Oaktown and Avanelle Bateman of Bloomington; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Doane, in 1952, one daughter, Barbara Nell; two brothers, Ancil Clayton and Clarence Clayton; two sisters, Bertha Hovis and Kathryn Gentry, two grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and one great-great-granddaughter.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Newark General Baptist Church with the Revs. Marion Noel, Bob Doane and Bill Doane officiating. Burial will be at Newark Cemetery..
