Alvin Joseph Abrahamson, Sr., 90, of South Carolina, formerly of Seattle and Darrington, WA and widower of Bernadine Meyer Abrahamson, died November 27, 2003 in a local hospital.

Mr. Abrahamson was born in Seattle, WA, the son of Anders Albert Abrahamson and Marie Amdahl Abrahamson. He was educated in Seattle schools and was a retired journeyman machinist with the Boeing Company. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Survivors include Alvin Joseph Abrahamson, Jr. of Darrington, WA, Richard R. Abrahamson, Sr. of Moncks Corner, SC, Ronald M. Abrahamson of Bothell, WA and Elizabeth A. LaDue of Snohomish, WA; two sisters, Emely DuBeau of Anchorage, AK and Beverly Dunham of Seward, AK; 18 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, December 6, 2003 at the Darrington Cemetery in Darrington, WA. Published in The Herald (Everett) on December 6, 2003
