Born July 7, 1956 in Salt Lake City to Dan K. and Ann Winn Lambourne. Married Jim Barnes August, 1975; later divorced. Married Stephen N. Norris November 30, 1981 in Salt Lake City. They later moved to Poway, California where they lived until the time of her passing. Member of the LDS Church, attended school in the Kearns area, a graduate of the Continental College of Cosmotology. She worked in the Salt Lake area, and supervised several Great Expectation salons throughout New Jersey and New York.Sherrie had a great love for life. She loved to travel and did beautiful handwork. Her home was beautifully decorated.
Her real love was for her nieces and nephews, Joshua, Amber, Jake, Darcy, Luke, Marti, Jedidiah, Maviny, Brady, Dan-Michael, Anthony, Peter Joel, Alex, Mollie, (Jaders). Sherrie was greatly loved by her family and they were by her side at the time of her death.
She is survived by husband, and her little friend, Alphie, Poway, Calif.; parents, Kearns; grandmother, Stella Winn of Bennion; one brother and four sisters, Rick Lambourne and wife Cathy; Daneen Bulkley and husband Larry; Lori Christiansen and husband Randy; Nancy Montoya and husband Rudy; numerous uncles and aunts. Sherrie is also survived by her daughter, she thought of often.
